Important Information

Waiting Periods

3 months - Main member and family
6 months - Parents and Extended family (natural deaths)
Immediate - Accidental death (with 1 month premium paid)
24 months - Suicide deaths
6 months - Following amendment to new benefit

Claim Requirements

Completed claim form
Certified death certificate
Certified copy of claimant's Omang
Marriage certificate (spouse claims)
Police report (accidental death)
Proof of relationship where surname differs
Completed KYC form
Proof of bank account

Cover Cessation

Cover shall cease on the earliest of: 3 consecutive missed premiums, termination by insurer or policyholder, cessation of payment of premiums, or member ceasing to be eligible.
